American Precision 3D is a full service machine tool supplier. We have the experience and the tools necessary to develop your machine tool project from concept to final product.
CAD-CAM
We convert your math model files to usable CNC tool pathing usable in our machining centers. Or we can develop your tool cutter paths for use in your CNC machine center.
3D MACHINING
We cut complex shapes and specialize in difficult 3D contours. Our state of the art software and machining centers allow us to cut near net or net finished surfaces. Net surfacing eliminates the need for secondary polishing. If you've got shape, we can cut it!
ENGINEERING SERVICES
We can create new replacement tools and cavities that duplicate the hand work or alterations made to the original model. Our reverse engineering process creates a new math model duplicating your current tool.
In many cases we can redesign your machine tool to extend the service life, reduce the production cost, and lower the lead time.
We can design new machine tooling for new applications or to replace problem tooling in existing processes.
We can design and build your assembly gauges, jigs, and fixtures.
